We are under no obligation to monitor or record the postings or other activity of any User, nor do we assume any responsibility for the quality, safety or legality of Items Posted, the truth or accuracy of any Postings, the ability of sellers to sell Items nor the ability of buyers to buy Items.
You understand that all listings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, audio or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Site are the sole responsibility of the person or organization from whom such content originated. You also understand that Saddles and Tack do not control and are not responsible for content made available through the Service, and that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise objectionable.
You agree to act responsibly and to treat other users with respect. Users also must not use the Service to harass or abuse other users. Individuals who have demonstrably harassed other individuals may be removed from or blocked from the Service.

Saddles and Tack are under no obligation to become involved in disputes between participants on the Service, or between participants on the Service and any third party. In the event of a dispute, you release Saddle and Tack , and their respective officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, damages and demands of every kind, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and our service.
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made with Saddles and Tack. All orders made are subject to the acceptance of these Conditions, and deemed to be accepted by you when placing your order. These Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and supersede all previous editions.
PAYMENT FOR GOODS
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these Conditions. You are deemed to accept the Conditions when you place an order for goods with us. Our contract with you only begins when we confirm acceptance of your offer to purchase goods from us. An order will not take place (and we will not be deemed to have accepted your order) until we have validated and confirmed your payment. Any communication, which you receive from us prior to validation, is not to be deemed as an acceptance of your order. In the event of any pricing error occurring within our website, within a written or verbal quotation, or contained within any fax or e-mail correspondence however received, all incomplete orders shall be deemed void.
Some of the goods we sell are of a technical nature and whilst we endeavor to publish as much information as is practical about the goods, the descriptions of the goods are as set out on the website. All drawings, photographs, descriptive matter, colour, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods. They will not form part of the contract between us.
Your order for goods is subject to stock availability. If we do not supply goods to you for any reason we will inform you of the situation and will not charge you for those goods, and will refund any money already paid by you for these goods. We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you relating to interest payments, or loss of earnings, or similar gains you would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of any unfulfilled order.
All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch. We can accept no responsibility if any details you provide us with that are incorrect or if any order is held up as a result of incorrect or unsubstantiated details.
GUARANTEE
In relation to new goods the company will accept liability for defective goods only to the extent that the company is entitled to make a claim under the manufacturer's or publishers warranty and obtain from the manufacturer or publisher a refund, credit, repair or replacement of the defective goods.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery of the goods shall be made to UK mainland addresses only and must be signed for. The address will be that registered with your payment card issuer, unless you request otherwise and we agree to such a request (at our sole discretion).
We will endeavor to deliver your goods if in stock within 7 - 10 working days (with the exception of weekends & public holidays) but time shall not be of the essence. If we are unable to deliver the goods for any reason you will be notified and will not be obliged to pay for the goods. However, we shall not be liable for any loss, which may be suffered by you caused by any delay of delivery unless caused by our negligence. If delivery of the goods is delayed by more than 30 days, you shall be entitled to contact us and cancel the order. Any monies paid in respect of the goods, which are not delivered, will be refunded.
Goods, other than faulty goods may not be returned after 7 days unless we agree that there is good reason for us to receive such goods back.
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us as soon as possible. We shall arrange collection of the goods (other than used goods) and will either replace the goods at no extra charge, or refund any monies paid by you for the goods.
CREDIT & EXCHANGES
We will provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges) if the product you have selected is found to be unsuitable within 7 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in it's original box, in 'as new' condition, unmarked and all polyurethane packaging unsealed.
PRIVICY POLICY
Saddles and Tack does not disclose users information to any Third Parties other than information used for goods delivery purposes ie: name and address information when a courier service is used. Where email addresses are supplied we shall retain these details for our Newsletter & Offer notifications, please email us at info@saddlesandtack.co.uk if you do not wish to receive these. We do not sell or share any personal details to a third party for marketing reasons.
